Contract Overview

Atlantic Diving Supply Awarded Position on WEXMAC 2.0 and 2.1 TITUS.

Atlantic Diving Supply (ADS) is proud to be a Prime awardee on the Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC). This multi-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, was created by Army Material Command and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and is managed by NAVSUP. The contract provides worldwide logistical and sustainment solutions to support mission success in any environment.

Under WEXMAC, ADS delivers a full range of expeditionary equipment, material, and services to meet the evolving needs of the Department of Defense and allied partners. Our global supply chain, responsive logistics capabilities and proven record of performance position ADS as a trusted global partner for rapid, reliable solutions in support of warfighters wherever they operate. This award reflects our commitment to operational excellence and our ability to execute complex requirements with speed, precision, and accountability.

WEXMAC supports all six operational phases of military operations in support of the Geographic Combatant Commands Joint operations, coalition partners, and other United States Federal Agencies in setting and sustaining the theater:

  • Planning/Pre-Contingency-Preparing, planning, and developing the capability to rapidly respond. Includes planning for contractor integrations and ensuring logistical readiness.
  • Theater Opening- Establishing entry into the operational area. This includes Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI)
  • Sustainment- Ongoing support after forces and infrastructure have been established. This covers supply, maintenance, life support logistics, etc.
  • Theater Distribution- The movement and distribution of supplies, equipment and resources throughout the operational theater to where they are needed.
  • Stability Operations-Activities after or during major combat or crisis operations aimed at helping a secure, orderly, and stable environment.  Includes governance, civil affairs, infrastructure, etc.
  • Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA)/ Transition-Includes supporting civil authorities in emergencies or during disasters, shifting from military-led support toward civil or host nation control when operations wind down.
