This contract will enable all DLA Supply Centers and military services listed to issue delivery orders for the purchase of supplies pertaining to this initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to reduce lead times in the procurement and delivery of supplies directly to the military customer or depots.

  • LTC SPE7LX-21-D-0087 allows for the direct purchase of 600,000+ Caterpillar repair parts through DLA’s prime contractor ADS. These items are not stocked by DLA, but the majority of them are available for direct delivery within two weeks.

  • Approximately 30,000 of these items have NSNs and are available through the traditional stock system ordering like any other National Stock Number.
  • Approximately 574,000 of these items are commercial non-NSN part numbers which are available via FedMall and can be ordered using a standard funded "MILSTRIP" requisition or GPC. (see Fedmall instructions below)

  • All 574,000 items can be found by searching contract number SPE7LX21-D-0087

  • Original Equipment Manufacturer Name: Caterpillar
  • Parts can further be searched by using the Caterpillar CAGE code plus the Caterpillar commercial part number. i.e 11083-2151944

Fedmall Information and Instructions

Commercial non-NSN part numbers which are available via FedMall and can be ordered using a standard funded "MILSTRIP" requisition or GPC. This requires creating a FedMall account which is now done through PIEE.


FEDMALL Account Instructions

PIEE provides Single Sign-On (SSO) capability for its users, and FedMall can now be accessed via PIEE at https://piee.eb.mil/. New PIEE and FedMall users will follow the PIEE registration and approval processes.
