Atlantic Diving Supply CEO Addresses Students at ODU Strome College of Business

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. April 7, 2017 – Putting the needs of your customer above all else and approaching your business from a service mindset are the most important things you can do as a leader, Atlantic Diving Supply CEO Jason Wallace recently told a group of students at Old Dominion University.

“If you focus on that, everything else will fall into place,” Wallace said.

Wallace’s comments were given during a lecture as part of the Landmark Executive-in-Residence program at ODU’s Strome College of Business. The program is dedicated to bringing accomplished business leaders to campus to share their experience and strategies so that students can learn firsthand about ethical leadership.

Finding the right place to work is important, Wallace told the group.

“You might want to jump at every opportunity that comes your way, but make sure it is the right one before you do. You will have lots of choices in life, so be careful not to let the opportunity choose you. Make sure you choose it,” explained Wallace.

As an alumnus himself, Wallace said he was thrilled when asked to address the student group and proud to support the school that eventually led him to Atlantic Diving Supply. He concluded his remarks by talking about the power of finding purpose in your work.

”I believe in ADS’ purpose. Ensuring the men and women who protect our country receive the best equipment available to help them complete their missions safely and effectively is truly an honor,” said Wallace.
