ADS CONTINUES PARTNERSHIP ON FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND CHEMICAL ORDNANCE KIT
United Tactical Supply Kit Provides Critical Protections Against Chemical
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. March 3, 2017 – A partnership between Virginia Beach-based ADS, Inc. and United Tactical Supply continues to bring critical support to U.S. soldiers and sailors tasked with disarming, decontaminating, and transporting chemical weapons on the battlefield, ADS officials said.
First introduced by United Tactical Supply and its manufacturing arm Integrated Textile Solutions in 2013, the initial entry kits continue to offer protection to Joint Forces Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams.

The kit allows teams to decontaminate, seal, and safely package chemical ordnance for transport while minimizing the threat of exposure and cross contamination of the chemical agent.
Used in conjunction with the United Tactical Supply’s Expedient Personnel Decontamination System (SPEEDS), the kit gives the warfighter new levels of protection and personnel decontamination capabilities.
“Through the use of proven, existing decontamination products and new cutting-edge technology, this kit allows EOD technicians to reduce the threat of exposure and cross contamination of chemical agents,” said Integrated Textile Solutions Business Development Manager Gregg Lisicki.
