NEW FEATURES ENHANCE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ON ADS’S CUSTOMER PORTAL

ADS’s customer service approach involves surveying customer feedback and acting on it. We strive to continuously improve the customer experience from start to finish.

The ADS Connects Customer Portal was created as a result of extensive customer feedback and to ultimately make your job easier. Whether it’s requesting a quote, tracking a shipment, or even asking a question—you’ll be able to do it all within one user-friendly platform.

Save time and have greater peace of mind that your requirements are being met in a timely manner.

Our latest enhancement, the Universal Search Feature, makes it easier to find what you’re looking for quickly.

Also based on ADS customer feedback, we’ve sorted upcoming deliveries by shipping location.

When you become a registered user of the ADS Connects Customer Portal you can:
  • View and download open quotes
  • Check your order status and estimated delivery dates
  • Track shipment status
  • View and export past orders
  • Request a quote
  • View online product catalogs
  • Download GPC receipts
View/Download Open Quotes

No more searching through your email for quote updates. ADS customers can use the customer portal to look at all current open quotes in one easy to reference list view. Download a copy of an individual quote or export the entire list into a spreadsheet so you can easily make changes and estimate the budget impact.


Check Your Order Status

View all of the orders associated with an account. Did someone else place the order on your behalf? No problem. If your account is the Bill To, Sold To, or Ship To, it will be listed.

Track Shipment Status

See updates to the expected ship date. Additionally, when something ships, the tracking is available within 2hrs of receipt. Simply click on the tracking hyper-link to see who signed for the delivery.

  1. Go to: CUSTOMERPORTAL.ADSINC.COM and click the Request Access button or contact your ADS Representative.
  2. Your request will be routed to an ADS Representative for validation and approval.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email with a temporary password.
  4. Log in, change your password and enjoy instant updates.
