A light, mobile vehicle was required for quick
deployment in areas where large fire trucks were
not feasible. The primary objective was pilot
rescue and contingency location team support,
necessitating a vehicle for three firefighters,
fire suppression, pilot egress tools, and the
transportation of incapacitated members.
