Atlantic Diving Supply Runs for Wounded Warriors

On Saturday, more than 30 of us laced up our running shoes and joined hundreds of other supporters for the 9th Annual Spartyka Wounded Warrior 5K Run/Walk on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

The race is held by the Spartyka Foundation to raise awareness and funding for the nation’s wounded warriors—a mission near and dear to the entire Atlantic Diving Supply Family.

Atlantic Diving Supply has been a proud supporter of the Spartyka Foundation since 2013, sponsoring previous runs, and participating in two softball games against the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball team, hosted by Spartyka Foundation.

The mission of the national non-profit Spartyka Foundation is to bridge the gaps of transitioning veterans, Wounded Warriors, and Gold Star Families by connecting them to important resources such as vet-to-vet programs, housing placement, career placement, recreational activities, and other essential human services.
