ADS, INC. Again Ranks Among Nation's Top Military Friendly® Employers

Veteran-Powered Company Honored For Employment Practices, Support For Military Community

ADS, Inc. has once again been honored as one of the nation’s most military-friendly companies.

Company officials announced that VIQTORY has awarded ADS its “Military Friendly® Employer” designation in the publisher’s nationwide rankings for 2023. The designation recognizes companies that seek out and employ military talent while working to benefit the military community. ADS has been regularly recognized as a Military Friendly® Employer since 2014.

“Supporting our nation’s military is the heart of what we do at ADS, and by bringing their second careers here, military veterans discover that they can still serve their country, just in a different capacity,” said ADS CEO Ryan Angold, noting that one-third of the company’s employees are veterans or veteran spouses.

“When they served in the military, these employees were the end user,” Angold said. “They bring a unique perspective and military mindset to our operations that just makes good business sense.”

Over a thousand companies participated in the 2023 Military Friendly® survey, VIQTORY officials said. Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined with input from VIQTORY’s Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for applicant, new-hire retention and employee turnover, as well as the promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.

“Companies earning the Military Friendly Employers® designation elevate the standard for

military programs globally,” said Kayla Lopez, Director of Military Partnerships, Military Friendly® at VIQTORY. “They have invested in substantive programs that promote positive

outcomes for service members, military spouses, and veterans within their organizations.”

Angold said that the designation once-again validates the company’s commitment to making a difference in the lives of service members who have given so much to our country.

“ADS has always been committed to employing veterans and helping them succeed in their second careers,” Angold said. “It’s truly an honor to again be recognized as a Military Friendly® Employer.”
