Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Program

ADS has been selected by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) as a primary vendor for the Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Program, formerly known as the Prime Vendor program.

Under the TLS Program, ADS provides a full range of Special Operational Equipment to the Department of Defense, military installations and other federal agencies, state and local governments, as well as other authorized customers worldwide. Just like the former Prime Vendor contract, anytime, anyplace in the world - if you are a part of the U.S. Government you can take advantage of this program to obtain equipment with superior savings through simplified acquisition methods.

What is the Special Operational Equipment TLS Program?

  • Formerly known as Prime Vendor, the TLS Program has been designed by the Construction and Equipment (C & E) Directorate of the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP).
  • TLS provides the customer with responsive, high quality products at fair and reasonable prices.
  • DSCP acts as the contractor to obtain best value to the customer.
  • ADS has been awarded the former Prime Vendor contract three separate times prior to the TLS Program award.
  • ADS is the only vendor who has held the contract since its inception.

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) selected ADS, Inc. as a primary vendor for the Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Program over multiple years. This allows ADS to provide a large selection of special operational equipment to the Department of Defense, the military, federal agencies, and state and local governments. Designed by the Construction and Equipment Directorate of the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), the Special Operational Equipment TLS Program allows the government to take advantage of this service through ADS.
