These types of partners often provide the best solutions for our customers and allow them to achieve mandated government initiatives at the same time. These companies regularly perform as subcontractors on our major contracts and ADS frequently subcontracts to these agencies.
ADS has strong partnerships with companies that fall into all Small Business Sub-categories. Every effort is made to support businesses in these realms to align ourselves with government goals of supporting small business.

Unicor (Federal Prison Industries)
It is the mission of Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (FPI) to employ and provide job skills training to the greatest practicable number of inmates confined within the Federal Bureau of Prisons; contribute to the safety and security of our Nation’s correctional facilities by keeping inmates constructively occupied; produce market-priced quality goods and services; operate in a self-sustaining manner; and minimize FPI’s impact on private business and labor.
National Industries for the Blind (NIB)
It is our mission to enhance the opportunities for economic and personal independence of persons who are blind, primarily through creating, sustaining and improving employment.
National Industries for the Severely Handicapped (NISH)
NISH is a nonprofit agency whose mission is to create job opportunities for people with severe disabilities.
ADS Strategic Partners, 8(a), Women-Owned (WOB), SDB program participants, and HUBZone businesses, work with ADS, Inc. to provide logistics solutions, as well as products and competitive pricing. This includes purchasing and ordering agreements for operational equipment, IT and technical services, industrial supplies, and support for logistics and facilities. Additionally, ADS Strategic Partnerships allow for use of government and commercial credit cards.
