The State of New York on the behalf of the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has established a multi-State cooperative contract for Hazardous Incident Response Equipment (H.I.R.E.). ADS is a Level One Contractor for the nationwide H.I.R.E. contract. Equipment on this contract falls under Homeland Security Grant Funding (SHSP) and the Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program (LETPP) funding. Equipment available through ADS has already been authorized, tested and cleared to meet appropriate industry standards; deemed acceptable as suitable for purchase using Federal Grant Domestic Preparedness funding.
