RFQ (Request For Quote)
Organizational users have the ability to create a Request for Quote either by managing a Cart, shopping as they would on any ecommerce site, or, by adding items from a Gearlist, or by aggregating multiple Gearlists. The re-using of a RFQ will not supersede the previously submitted RFQ and must be resubmitted.

How To Use ADSINC.com

Create an Account
Visit “Sign Up” to create a General or Organizational User
Create a Gearlist
As a logged in General or Organizational User, click “Add to Gearlist” on any item, when available.
Share a Gearlist
From “My Account” or by clicking on your active Gearlist quickly and easily by hitting the “Share Gearlist” button. From there, you can enter multiple email addresses, as well as notes to recipients.
How to use shared Gearlists
  • Send to teammates or subordinates to provide lists of approved equipment, deployment lists, or recommended gear.
  • Send to Purchasing officers or contracting officers to request gear for you or your team.
  • Send lists, single or multiple, to Organizational users to generate RFQs on ADSINC.com.
  • Create and manage multiple lists for different scenarios and changing requirements.
How to use the Cart and create RFQs

Organizational users can shop like they would on any ecommerce site: add items to the cart, and checkout. Checking out submits a Request For Quote to ADS.
Alternatively, create a cart, and add items to the active RFQ, saving them for submission at a later point in time.

Another option is to solicit Gearlists from your teammates or subordinates, aggregating them into one RFQ. This is a great way to handle deployments.
RFQs can be re-used after submission. Products can be added/removed/edited to previously submitted RFQs. The re-using of a RFQ will not supersede the previously submitted RFQ and must be resubmitted.

How to use the Product Wall

General and Organizational users have the ability to rate products, write reviews, post questions, answers, images, and videos, once logged-in.

Images are uploaded directly from the users computer, while videos must be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo: users will need to paste a valid URL from either of these two video sharing sites to post a video to the Product Wall.
