Kitting & Assembly
Regardless of the size or scope of our client’s kitting requirements, we’re experts at assembling equipment packages that meet and exceed mission requirements at the best possible value.
From broad reaching programs like the Army’s GEN III ECWCS to individual unit orders, the ADS team of dedicated product assembly experts quickly and accurately kit equipment packages in our state-of-the-art logistics facilities. Our technology and expertise ensure the most efficient and accurate kitting and assembly in the industry. ADS consistently builds over 30,000 kits each month, many with 20 or more parts, creating over 600,000 touches per month.
With over 99% accuracy, we’ve not only reduced turn time for our customers, but we’ve also reduced kitting
costs and broadened our offering to our end-users significantly. From large scale programs and simple kitting to dynamic assembly of medical kits, ADS can pick, assemble, pack and ship the tactical and operational equipment you need – no matter what the complexity.
Warehousing & Inventory
ADS knows that warehousing and distribution is more than simply storing product. We are a partner you can count on to help build your transportation strategy and give you options to help maximize your supply chain.
ADS owns and operates over 182,000 square feet of state-of-the-art warehouses and maintains the capability to develop, research, procure, manage and distribute a diverse set of equipment for our customers. We currently manage the supply chain for by storing, assembling, and distributing gear for a multitude of clients – and we do it according to their specific requirements. We also work directly with program managers and purchasing authorities to warehouse and maintain inventory levels that meet their mission requirements.

We help our customers research and develop integrated, modular, interoperable and flexible multi-mission equipment packages to achieve their missions. ADS responds quickly, providing equipment and logistics packages that support our customers throughout all operational phases.

ADS is committed to refining and leveraging new technologies that benefit our customers. As a result, ADS has developed a Total Asset Visibility (TAV) software solution called SOLVS (Special Operational Logistics Visibility Solution). SOLVS shortens the “logistics pipeline” and enables funding and equipment requisition inventory accountability at individual and departmental levels. SOLVS is a secure web-based tool that provides transparent oversight on supply chain data pertinent to running an efficient, timely and profitable organization.
