Cejay Engineering, LLC (Cejay) was originally formed in 1985 with the objective of developing signaling and personal illumination tools for use with Night Vision Equipment. Primarily serving the Military and Law Enforcement market, Cejay has designed and manufactured an extensive series of marking and illumination devices operating across a wide spectrum of UV, IR and thermal frequencies.

Cejay is recognized today as the leading world-wide manufacturer of electronic Combat Identification IR marking beacons which represent an integral part of both US and NATO militaries anti-fratricide (IFF) programs. Cejay is the exclusive manufacture of the Phoenix Electronic Combat ID system. Originally developed in 1984, The Phoenix Jr is fitted to more troops and vehicles than any other combat ID system in the world. The Cejay product family is constantly being improved to incorporate the latest available technology so that our military personnel have the best tools for their mission. Phoenix® Jr.

Phoenix® Jr.

Phoenix Jr. is an extremely rugged and low cost Infrared marker beacon. The Phoenix Jr. was principally designed as an individual Combat Identification marker employed to minimize fratricide. It has also been used as a vehicle ID marker, drop zone indicator and perimeter marker. It incorporates a flash rate that was specified to prevent confusion with small arms fire

Paris 3

The Paris™ 3 is a long-range compact laser flare used for directional signaling at ranges up to 20 miles. Unlike traditional lasers, the Paris 3 fan laser utilizes laser light line technology to reshape the laser from a light spot to a light line. At a range of five miles, the Paris 3 fan laser will project a line of light approximately 1,400 feet in length.

The MK3 Lip Light is a focused short-range lighting tool providing the operator with immediate supplemental light during night flight operations. Since its inception, the Lip Lights role and functionality have extended making it a required tool for cockpit and flight deck. The MK3 Lip Light uses one SPOT and three FLOOD Super Bright LED’s to light the work area.
