The Oregon Spine Splint II (OSS II) is a spinal immobilization device that meets all standards for immobilizing a seated patient. With a compact design, OSS II features a crisscross shoulder strap designed to not restrict breathing while making the chest and abdominal areas easily accessible. The Complete HMD Skedco Rescue System contains several components needed for Weapons of Mass Destruction or other Haz-Mat incidents requiring level A protection. A versatile rescue system, HMD can be taken over any terrain and is equipped with a rope that attaches to a tow strap for quickly removing victims.
