Gentex Force Protection develops and creates ballistic ground and Special Forces helmets, suspension and retention kits, optical protection, NVG brackets, and helmet covers and headsets. ADS, Inc. offers several tactical Gentex helmets, including the Special Operations Headset Adaptable Helmet (SOHAH).
The Combat Vehicle Crew (CVC) helmet is another model carried by Gentex. The CVC is specifically made for personnel operating and inside military armored vehicles. Each has three configurations for the outer shell, inner liner, and communications kit. Similarly, the PM Halo Helmet and Oxygen Mask System by Gentex offers multiple configurations for the user. With high and low openings, this Gentex helmet uses a modular design that allows soldiers to select communication components, oxygen mask receivers, and ear cups for hearing protection.
