ADS Acquires MAR-VEL International
Virginia Beach, Virginia (September 8, 2008) – ADS, Inc. (Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc.) has acquired the assets of MAR-VEL International in order to continue to expand their Law Enforcement product line and accommodate the company’s overall steady growth. ADS Secures $4 Billion in Fire and Emergency Services Contracts
Virginia Beach, V.A. (January 9, 2008) – ADS, Inc. (Atlantic Diving Supply), has secured five regional Department of Defense (DoD) contracts totaling up to $4 billion to provide equipment and logistical support to federal and local agencies tasked with responding to fires and other emergencies at military installations, federal agencies and at the state and local level. ADS will be ramping up operations immediately and hiring new employees to fulfill these contracts, as they further expand their capabilities into the first responder sector.

Special Operations TLS Contract Release
Virginia Beach, Virginia (February 9, 2009) – ADS, Inc has been selected by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) as a primary vendor for the Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Program. Under the TLS Program, ADS, Inc. will supply a full range of Special Operational Equipment to the Department of Defense, military installations and other federal agencies, state and local governments. The estimated value of the award is $5.7 billion over five years.
