Created by Virginia Business magazine and Best Companies Group, this survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state’s economy, its work force and businesses.
The two part survey evaluated companies from around the state in areas such as culture, morale, work life balance, company mission, advancement opportunities, employee satisfaction, diversity, creative awards, benefits and training/development.
