If expeditionary or semi-permanent fabric structures do not answer operational requirements, warfighters should consider rigid wall structures that offer a wide range of enhancements – especially for more permanent installations that plan on extended deployment in a single location. In a variety of ways, these rapidly-deployable, secure modular structures address the safety, security, and energy efficiency concerns of troops deployed to hostile, extreme weather environments. Rigid wall, containerized structures scale easily to support varying degrees of installation needs, assembling quickly into multi-level modular complexes with unlimited lengths, and high-ceiling construction options. These rapidly deployable structures provide warfighters the highly-mobile, energy-efficient shelter required for more permanent operational areas.

Flat Pack Structures

Four 8′ x 20′ flat-pack units pack down to fit standard 8′ x 10′ ISO configurations for transportation. These structures serve the same functions as their containerized counterparts and offer limitless ground-level connectivity options and three-level high stacking.

Flack pack panelized structures are the answer to the military’s rapidly growing need for quickly re-locatable, rigid wall shelters. Flat pack panelized structures provide the security and protection of containerized units coupled with the unmatched ease and simplicity of transportation and set-up of tenting units that reduces logistic costs up to four times. This structure is stored in a “flat pack” or compressed configuration which means 4 flat pack units (totaling a 20′ x 32′ footprint) require only 8′ width by 20′ length by 8′ high for storage and transport on a single flat-bed truck. By enabling warfighters to transport more structural square footage with fewer trucks, flat-pack shelters reduce the potential for casualties. In addition to efficient storage and transport, the flat pack structure is re-locatable and easily deployed over and over again.
